Debbie Shackelford, organizer and director of Club Jollyville, began the Club in 1995 to develop skills for her daughter and teammates. Club Jollyville flourished, developing girls ages 11-17 years in the Round Rock and surrounding area. Debbie loves the game of volleyball and in college played for the Lady Longhorns in 1975-1976. She subsequently coached middle school girls in Austin and Round Rock ISD for the next 30 years. She has dedicated her time to providing volleyball athletes a Christian-based, family-oriented club to excel within. She remains the club owner and director, and coaches the 12 Teal team.
